Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment or service booking.
This deposit guarantees your reserved time slot and is non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be accepted without any charge.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in the loss of the deposit.
No-shows (failure to attend the appointment without notice) will be fully charged.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation is made within the permitted timeframe (at least 48 hours before the appointment).
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method originally used.

4. Changes or Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and will not incur extra charges if done in time.

If you purchase a product or service from a third-party partner listed on our site, your transaction is with that provider, and their terms and conditions apply.
We are not responsible for any actions, services, or content provided by third parties.

Requests made after 15 days may not be covered by our service guarantee.

Any disputes related to your use of Pro Cycling Mechanics’ website or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Greece, in accordance with Greek law.
You agree that disputes will be handled individually and not as part of a class action.
If arbitration is not applicable, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the courts of Athens, Greece.
